Morrow Technology

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

Morrow Technology ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices. It applies to our website at morrowtechnology.net and to the remote technology support services we provide (the "Services"). By using the Services or our website, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are

Morrow Technology is a Florida sole proprietorship providing remote technology support, coaching, and education. You can reach us at morrowtechfl@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the Services:

2.1 Information you give us:

  • Name, email address, and phone number.
  • Your city or general location.
  • The type of device(s) and software you need help with.
  • A description of the issue or service you are requesting.
  • An optional emergency or family contact, only if you choose to provide one.
  • Records of payments (processed by our payment provider; see Section 5).

2.2 Information created during a session:

  • A brief record of the work performed (for example, "set up email on iPad") and the date of service.

2.3 Information collected automatically on our website:

  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard website and scheduling tools. We do not use this to identify you personally.

3. Information We Do Not Collect or Store

We do NOT collect, store, or retain:

  • Your passwords or account credentials.
  • Your bank account, credit card, or other financial account numbers.
  • Your Social Security number or government identification numbers.

During a session, if a password or financial screen is visible, we will tell you and ask you to enter or hide it yourself. We do not record sessions, and we do not keep copies of what appears on your screen.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

  • Schedule and provide the Services you request.
  • Communicate with you about appointments and follow-up.
  • Send receipts and process payments.
  • Keep a basic record of services performed.
  • Improve and operate our Services and website.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

5. Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate. These providers process limited information on our behalf and have their own privacy policies:

  • Scheduling (for example, Calendly) to book appointments.
  • Payment processing (for example, Stripe) to handle payments. Your card details are entered directly with the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Remote-access and video software (for example, HelpWire, Zoom, or Google Meet) used only during sessions you authorize.
  • Email and document tools to communicate with you and obtain signed agreements.

We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.

6. How We Share Information

We do not share your personal information except:

  • With the service providers above, to operate the Services.
  • With a family member or contact, only when you ask us to (for example, sending a session summary to your adult child).
  • When required by law, such as a valid legal request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of you, us, or others.
  • In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this Policy continues to apply to your information.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • Keeping only minimal records, for only as long as needed.
  • Securing the device we use for work with encryption, a strong password, and automatic locking.
  • Using two-factor authentication and a password manager on our own business accounts.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your contact details and service records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up, taxes, and recordkeeping, then delete them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Ask what information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update it.
  • Ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

To make a request, email morrowtechfl@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website or materials may link to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
